What Causes Random Heart Palpitations?

Hi I bought a vibro machine, I went on it for 10 mins a day for a week and now I when I m in bed and turn over my heart beats really fast and I can feel it in my chest also during the day I am aware of my heart beat... I would go to my doctors but I work days and don t get in till after six ... Any advice would be great thanks sarah
