37yr old male with random pain in area right above the base of my penis (tender to the touch, feels more like a solid deep bruise than sharp pain) The discomfort comes and goes in severity but at no point has it doubled me over or been so intense I had to stop what i was doing. I have been awakened at night due to the discomfort. Been going on for 2 days. Some heavy lifting in the past couple days. Any thoughts?
