What Causes Random Squeezing On The Heart?

I woke up today feeling random squeezing feeling where my heart is. Two weeks ago I had a tooth pulled also been trying to get over a cold. Im female 41 years old. The squeezing goes nowhere else or no pain anywhere else. Not constant just random squeezing. Just making me nervous

Thanks for contacting HCM. Dear patient this could be a symptom coronary artery disease. Please go to emergency and get an E.C.G., BP measurement and echo done to rule out cardiac involvement. If found to be normal then get yourself examined for gastritis and hiatus hernia. Regards
