Hello . i m having a dull ache in my left testicls that comes and goes and sometimes it gets really painfull. i visites 2 urologists and each one gave a different diagnosis . one said that my prostate is slightly enlarged and thats because.im still.not married and i have no regular sex and the other urologist said that i have a weak lower abdominal.muscle but i dont feel.any hernia . im 21 and the ultrasound showed.no.variocele
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of pain in the left testicle, that is one sided, on and off. Taken opinion of 2 Urologists and did ultrasonography also. The most probable causes of such a pain are: - There can be a partial blockage of the flow of the sperms from testis to the seminal vesicles. Hence this nature of pain. - Clinical palpation of the vas deference may show epididymitis or so, which is missed on ultrasonography. - Redo the ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the scrotum and the abdomen so that it is possible to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
