Hi welcome to HCM.
Rapid heart rate can lead to symptoms if peripheral circulatory insufficiency leading to symptoms of weaknes and tremors if not corrected promptly.I advise you to have a baseline ecg and a screening 2 dimensional echo to rule out oganic heart disease.Electrophysiological studies of the heart can lead to prompt assessment of the arrhythmia responsible for irregular and pounding heartbeat associated with symptoms.Monitor your blood pressure.keep it just under 125/80 mm of hg.Adequately hydrate yourself with 3-4 liters of water/day.Keep check on the electrolytes and random blood glucose.Correction of these metaboic abnormalities can largely correct your symptoms. In case of refractory arrhythmia not responding to medical therapy ,radiofrequency ablation can offer permanent cure.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you.
