i want to ask you something that my wife when comes in tension her heart beat increases up to doubles in compare to normal average, sugest me what kind of problem she has.

it's a normal response of the body. Heart rises with stress, anxiety, fear etc
also get her hb tested as low hb can exacerbate heart beat. Try relaxation techniques/yoga for tension
