What Causes Rapid Increase In The Height In A 15 Year Old?

Lately,I have been worried ; quite a lot.That's cauze of my rapid height growth...i m 15,a boy n 6.1 in height....there have been a rapid increase in my height like it started when i was 14 and since then I've been noticing rapid increase in my height..my friends also make fun of ...day by day..one or other says to me that my height is constantly increasing..I've been praying please stop..but it won't.Please help me..Am i increasing rapidly or is it normal cauze boys of my age are usually 5.10 or 5.11 and i 'm 6.1..HELP ME?

I am so sorry to hear about this disturbing thoughts that you have about your height. Boys notice a rapid increase in height when they reach puberty. IT does not start at the same time in all and that is why yours may be earlier than most of your friends but they would definitely get there. It is not an illness. You are simply on the fast track and it should not be of any concerns to you. They would soon realise that it is their turn.
