What Causes Rash Around The Spine?

I went to south west Florida for 6 days and the west Virginia. I stayed in a house infested with cat fleas and managed to get but by one mosquito in Florida that I caught biting me. I came home July 26 and this morning I woke up with a rash on both sides of my spine. I lost my voice without a sore throat Tuesday and Wednesday the flea bites showed up on my ankles only. I ve been known to experience delayed reactions to allergens.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi

You seem to have developed an insect bite reaction .
Since you have developed multiple lesions over the body ,it is necessary for you to take oral anti histamine like Benadryl or Claritin .
In addition ,application of a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected areas might help .
See a nearby dermatologist in case the lesions tend to persist or increase.
