What Causes Rash On Scrotum?
I had a rash on my scrotum and on the area between the scrotum and buttocks,its been there for years,Iwas given treatment but no change.I was given betamethasone cream and now my skin has changed colour it looks red not itchy nor painful.I am worried will the colour problem go.please help me

Hi.
First of all stop the betamethasone cream as it only masks the original problem.
Get a proper diagnosis by consultation with a Dermatologist.
The probable diagnosis is a fungal infection as per the site. This is the most common cause.
You may need oral Fluconazole tablets- the dose duration will be decided by the Dermatologist.
Apply pure anti-fungal skin lotion.
