You are suggested to visit ER or a gynae & get physically checked up. Get all STD tests done. Your treatment will depend upon the infection detected.
Your treating doctor may give you oral anti fungal's, antibiotics & antivirals. To get relief from the rash & itch you can apply locally Hydrocortisone ointment or any anti fungal cream.
Stay away from sex & addictions if any. Take care of your hygiene.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
