What Causes Rashes On My Lower Butt Cheek?

I have something looks like a rash in my lower butt cheek and have a yellow color on the top of skin. I have used hydrogen peroxide to clean it and looks like it is getting better and yellow color on the top of skin gone and heal, but still a little bit sore. It come back sometimes too. I don t know what it is. Please suggest. Thank you

An antifungal cream would be helpful for you.
I treat such cases with ointment Clotrimazole.
