What Causes Rashes On The Back And Arms While Treating Sore Throat And Swollen Glands?

My 22 year old daughter has sore throat and swollen glands near her ears, last nigh she developed a rash on her back and part of her face, today it spread to her arms. The rash looks like tiny little red bumps and has only itched a little bit. She seems to have no other symptoms and no fever. What might this be?

She may be having infectious mononucleosus.Antibiotics like amoxycillin can cause rash in such cases.It is a viral disease.Treatment is supportive
