Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Yes, Amoxicillin and clavulanic acid may cause a rash in a few patients. She may be having antibiotics induced thrush.

Use candid mouth paint application orally. If needed you have to start antifungal medication and salt water gargling also.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
