What Causes Rashes On The Labia Majora After Intercourse?

I had a partialsexual intercourse (He entered and pulled out immediately when I disapproved it as he had no condom) with a guy about two months ago and later realised two small solid rashes in the upper lip of my vagina. This later itched I scratched it off with a sponge during shower and it stopped. It repeated again and I scratched it off it wasn t sore but felt a little inflammation when I washed it after scratching. I always experience hay fever during such moments too. I suggested to my guy to test for STI . He is currenting awaiting test results however a wart was found on his genital which he is going in to treat. Also can oral sex also cause this and the use of detol solution to clean the vagina? Have been infected with any STI please?

Hi,

You definitely need a direct checkup with a dermatologist. The possibility of herpes has to be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. B. Radhakrishnan. Nair,
