Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There could be many reasons for this long standing rash.
Is it itching? Have you taken any medication for it?
Does it worsen at some point of the day or weather or season?
Anyone else in the family have similar rash?
Has it resolved with or without treatment?
I reckon you visit a dermatologist for a thorough review and further guidance.
In the meantime: use a hypoallergenic mild soap for washing your body and an intense moisturize twice a day.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
