What Causes Rashes On The Ribs And Under The Breast?
I have had a rash for most of a year and a half. Seen lots of Dr. and dermatologist. A homeopathic Dr. tested my with muscle testing and said I have candida. I am now on a strict detox diet for 1 month and am talking liver detox herbs. Plus he said I have a mild uti. My severity of my rash is gone but I still get a mild rash behind shoulders by my arms and on my ribs and under my breasts. Am I on track or do you have another suggestion
Hi. As per your case history you are having a fungal infection called as tinea corporis. My treatment advice is - 1. Wear loose clothes and maintain good hygiene. 2. Apply a mild antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it. 3. You can take antihistamine like levocetrizine for itching. 4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Thanks. Dr. Harshit bhachech. MBBS, DDVL.
