What Causes Rashes On Upper Arms And Legs Causing Itchiness?
I have a rash on both of my upper outside arms and the front of both of my lower legs. Its somewhat itchy and tender. Looks like measles. I am 64 years old and pretty healthy. I take noravasc and carvideol for the last year with no problems for my HBP.

Hi,
It may be senile pruritus. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.
You may take antihistaminics like desloratidine 5 mg thrice a day till the good result. Keep the skin moist with moisturiser. Apply mild steroid cream like mometasone cream.
Avoid soap bath.
