What Causes Rashes That Spread All Over The Body?

15 year old male presented with rash over body mainly on tummy, back of arms and legs, itchy, blotchy and red. He says he does not feel well, no diarrhoea or sickness but has a headache. condition deteriorated over the last 2 days. Checked for meningitis seemed ok.

Your information did not mention whether the rash was intermittent or otherwise.Sucha rash could be infectious or self limiting. Only the examining doctor can advise you on the future course of action. Please have yourself checked up. In the meantime do take anti allergic medication for relief and look for any other signs or symptoms which might help doctor make a diagnosis.
