What Causes Raspy Breathing And Sneezing In An Infant?

my baby is 3 months old, 14 pounds 11 ounces and 25 inches long. a big healthy baby says the doctor and public nurse. my concern is he gets this raspy breathing especially when sitting sometimes it doesn t seem to effect his breathing but i am concerned. he also sneezes a lot. i had asthma as a child and am worried

Hi,

If there is no cough and fast breathing (>50 breaths/minutes), nothing to be worried. Sneezing and noisy breathing might suggest rhinitis/nasal congestion. Try using nasal decongestants like Oxymetazoline nasal drops for 3 days.
