Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Rectal bleeding can occur due to fistula, fissure, hemorrhoids, polyps, etc. You should be physically examined (anoscopy, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy) by your PCP, gastroenterologist or general surgeon. In the meantime take sitz bath & some iron tonic with folic acid. Mass in the breast is a matter of concern, Not all masses are malignant, some are benign, but you need to get physically evaluated & get all investigations (USG, Mammogram, MRI) done to screen out any cancerous growth.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Nupur K.
