What Causes Rectal Pain And Blood In Stool?

i was awakend about two weeks ago with severe pain in my rectom. i went to the bathroom thinking i had to go bm but nothing.it was so bad i asked god forthe pain to please stop . i broke out in a sweat and was pantng. the pain lasted about 45seconds. it woke me out of a dead sleep. rule out anything sexual because i have never done that. nothing has happened til today. i have had twice a very small amount of blood in my stool. my stomach has felt a little gasy but nothing bad. for the pas two days i did run fever with the right side of my throat hurting but seem to be better from that. just today the blood in my loose stool. i worry that the pain from two weeks ago is associated to the blood today. i am freaking out thinking it is colon cancer please respond my name is jeannine

Certain condition are there and that need to be ruled out as long as the your symptoms of rectal pain is concern, first is proctitis, fissures, Hemorrhoids, and for this better to see the surgeon because proctoscopy may require, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
