What Causes Rectal Pain And Blood In Stools?

i am 23 year old male, 5 7-5 8, 165lbs.. i havent had any medical issues but broken limbs and a cyst that was on my upper-back/lower-neck removed 1-2yrs ago. i am currently a college student that is perscribed aderall 10-20mg... often times when i use the restroom, i notice a little bleeding from my rectum and encounter swelling-type pain in my rectum area once i am done. The sore pain is still there throughout the day and eventually subsides (within a day or later that evening).
