You seems to suffer from-Ano-rectal
proctitis with anorectal
HPV in ,causing
coccydynia or pain on sitting.
ART-and
Gardasil Vaccination would curb the HPV proctitis and would relieve the rectal pain while sitting.
Confirmation by HPV -PCR(Polymerase Chain Re action test) or by HPV-DNA test would resolve the diagnosis,when clear growth or lump is absent.
I would suggest to rule out accompanied hidden
HIV cases like you, because HPV proctitis is commonly found in accompanied HIV infection.
AS other causes of rectal pain- like fissure in ano/ fistual /
perianal abscess is not there, HIV with HPV proctitis- needs to be ruled out.
