Hello,

You have history of anemia and are also stressed up. You have vitiligo on your elbows, eyelids and ankle. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a dermatologist. You may be recommended exposure to UVA or UVB light and depigmentation of the skin in severe cases. Vitiligo is a lifelong condition. It can be caused by genes, autoimmune disease. lack of melanin pigment in the skin, etc.

You can avoid eating fishes / seafood as they cause allergy in some people. Never take fish and milk as a combo, it can trigger symptoms. There is no cure for vitiligo but the symptoms can be controlled & reduced. Common treatments include camouflage therapy, re-pigmentation therapy, light therapy and surgery. Get connected with a dermatologist at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
