What Causes Recurrence Of Pilonidal Sinus Disease?

I had pilonidal sinus surgery a month ago, procedure used was excision and primary closure using non-dissolvable stutres which were removed after 20 days. I have noticed yesterday theres a stitch still in there causing irritation. what should i do?

You should go to your surgeon and have the stitch removed. By doing so, your irritation will get controlled and the wound will heal faster. Do not delay this as this needs urgent attention otherwise it can cause spread of infection and lead to non healing wound.
