What Causes Recurrent UTI Infections With Cloudy Urine And Blood Stools?

i keep getting uti s , one right after another. i just finished my antibiotics 5 days ago and now im having extremly cloudy urine, extremely bad odder and bleeding alot as well... alot in the toilet bowl.... what can i do and what do you think this might be. i had a full hysterectomy 8 years ago so there is no reason why i should be bleeding
