What Causes Recurrent Abdomen And Testicles Pain With Swelling?

hello dr. i am experiencing mild pain in my lower abdomen and my testicles.. it looks like a left testicle swelling and the pain is intermittent. its been like this for the past 5 days. what could the reasons be? 5 months back i had a pain in my left testicle and i consulted a doctor and he prescribed somemedicines and the pain vanished.Now again i m getting this pain.It started again after i started going to gym, played Tennis a lot for past 1 month. please advice on my situation! thank u in advance

epididimo-orchitis or,
reducible inguinal hernia.
This will be well concluded on clinical examination soconsult yourdoctor and get examined.
