What Causes Recurrent Bacterial Vaginosis And Yeast Infections?

Hello, I'm a 37 year old female. I have been having recurrent bacterial vaginosis and yeast infections. I have also been seeing a film on the water when I go both 1 and 2. I have taken flagyl to clear b v but it returns. I have also developed a itchy rash on my right ring finger and a rash on my butt. I also have periodontal disease and I have developed what looks like sebborhea dermatitus on scalp and eyebrows. I was tested for diabetes in March of 2011 and it came back normal. I'm really starting to get concerned and I was looking for some advice on what I need to do next.
