What Causes Recurrent Body Ache, Nausea And Stomach Upset?

I am having issues with recurring body aches (shoulder and neck), headaches (mostly temple area), nausea (no vomiting), upset stomach (churny), coughing. Several weeks ago began treatment with antibiotic because throat was also red and ears were full of fluid. Was feeling better, although still holding onto cough, but stomach issues and aches began again yesterday. Not coughing up anything this time, more dry hacking cough now. slight chills, but no fever.
