What Causes Recurrent Chest And Lung Pain While Breathing?

I was diagnosed Sorcodosis and Subsequently Osteoprosis in 2012 i took Predmat for 9 Months, Vosavance and other calcium & vit d tablets. I was fine, Now again i am feeling fain in chest, My CRP level is 8.9 and ACE serum is 57 whether the disease has reoccurred. while breathing i feel pain in lung

Thanks for your question on HCM.
Sarcoidosis is chronic lung disease. It is having waxing and wanning kind of disease course.
And steroids are the treatment of choice to keep the disease in control.
Since you are not taking steroid at present, this pain in chest can be due to recurrence of sarcoidosis.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done CT THORAX to rule out recurrence.
You may need steroids too. And your CRP and ACE levels are also slightly high. So possibility of sarcoid recurrence is high.
So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
