Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic
Folliculitis is an infection of hair follicles caused by a bacteria known as Staphylococcus aureus.
This bacteria is present in nose, ears, axilla, groins, and genital regions.
Each and every human being have this bacteria over above maintioned sites but some have little bit more like you.
In the case of recurrent folliculitis you just have to apply mupirocin cream after bath seven days a month for 4 months to reduce there ( bacteria) amount to a level so that the wont be able to cause folliculitis

Other posibilities for recurrent folliculitis are diabetes, on some immunosupressive drugs.

Thankyou
