What Causes Recurrent Pain In Stomach,gas And Light Headed?

I have been sick for 4 days. I woke up and developed gas in chest, light heaed, weak and thought I was going to pass out. Went to Emergency room, had blood work done and tests for my heart. The only thing they found wrong, I was low in B12. I left went home and the same thing happened. This time I took Mylanta. All the systems left and my stomach ached. I went to my doctor and said I have hurt my stomach lining. She prescribed acephex and sucralfate. This afternoon I had pain in my stomach. gas and lightheaded again. Went away a few hours later and still have a stomach ache and neuseu.

Hello,

The symptomatic presentation indicates intestine infection above gastritis.

In our clinic we recommend:

- Addition of PPI as omeprazole, anti-spasmodic tablet as Dicyclomine with combination of Paracetamol (if no history of drug sensitivity), GI antibiotics as per the clinical evaluation.

- Strict dietary measures with life style modifications to avoid smoking, alcohol if using.
