What Causes Recurrent Rash Under Both Breasts?

I have a recurring rash under both breast. My Dr. has given me a prescription cream with a steriod in it. But this rash keeps coming back. I am very hygenic, so I know it isn t from lack of. And I have always used powder to keep dry under there and other areas. So I don t understand why it keeps coming back and this time it has changed from before, it now hurts. HELP Please

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed fungal infection.
The area very moist and is prone to develop these infections.
Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.
Various antifungal powders like candid are availabe.
These can help reduce the moisture as well as control the infection.
Please dont use any steroid, it can worsen your condition
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
