Hi,

As per the pain under ribs, tummy swelling and anxiousness is a matter of concern. All can relate to IBS.

The red cells in urine is different entity, with low hydration, calculus or infection in urinary system. Night sweats are part of underlying stress, and anxiety.

In a nutshell, the issue requires thorough clinical evaluation with a series of tests to figure out the precise management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
