Good morning, I read the info on vertigo and it seemed right on point, as I have had the symptoms described in th past they disappeared and of recent 2 weeks now have returned. The dizziness happens suddenly when I m lying down and or when repositioning lying or upon getting up or even while walking. I have been trying to increase my fluid intake and while I m still not satisfied with the amount of intake the symptoms have not disappeared. This morning upon getting up I almost fell. What do you think doctor?
My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!
Your symptoms could be related to an inner ear disorder or chronic degeneration of the cervical vertebral column. For this reason, i would recommend consulting with an ENT specialist for a physical exam and performing labyrinthine tests to investigate for an inner ear disorder. A cervical column X ray study is necessary too.
