dr. my uti always back after a mos. sometimes year. but lst year up to now i suffer again in uti which is wbc range 15-20 hpf and rbc1-12 hpf i have epithcials plenty what does it means please send your answer at my email YYYY@YYYY you. God bless

Hello,

Epithelial cells in a number of one to five considered normal if more than that it suggests bacterial or yeast infection in the urine. To prevent recurrent urinary tract infection (UTI)
-Complete the course of antibiotics till urine culture becomes negative
-maintain hydration at its best
-Genital hygiene should not be compromised
-Avoid unprotected sex
