What Causes Recurring Blood In Stool?

Embarrassing...
For a while now ive been having a lot of blood in my stool... Usually it goes away. Ive been to the doctor quite a few times for this, but it always turns out the same way.. They want to do a rectal exam and i refuse. I know thats immature, but Im a 20 year old girl and was a few years younger then and i feel very uncomfortable with someone knuckle deep into my butt. Im a very shy, insecure person as it is without someone peaking into my butt. So i ignorantly refuse and leave with no clue. Like i said, usually the blood goes away even though its usually a lot. This time it hasnt stopped. I gave birth to a baby girl 6 months ago (incase thats significant) and about 3 months ago i began having very painful bowels with lots of blood in the toilet and on tissue, including blood clots as if it were menstrual, but its not. (i am nursing so im positive its not menstrual) i tried to change my diet, but there was no change. I was leaning towards anal fissures, but then i noticed the clots and odd colored material on my stool. im also experiencing a sharp, sudden, intense pain randomly in my pelvic area that drops me to my knees in pain till it passes. Also, my insurance is off and messing up right now so until i get this fixed, i cant see a doctor. What does this sound like to you? Besides a long, incoherent ramble from a 20 year old girl. :P

Hello
Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear sister I understand your problem. But how much blood your passing with stools?? Are you passing hard stools ??? Have you feeling pain while passing stools??weather you're underwent cesarean or normal delivery???

Are you breast feeding???

Your symptoms suggestive of internal Haemorrhoid it need to be examined otherwise we don't know which grade it is, so depending on the grade we will decide to give medical treatment or surgery.

If it is severe bleeding you loss your blood and you will became anemia patient again.

So drink plenty of water
Make to pass always soft stools
Eat green leafy vegetables
Avoid fatty diet
Syrp. Duphalac 30ml at bedtime

Consult your surgeon as early as possible.
