What Causes Recurring Boil In Vaginal Region?

I have a large boil or abscess or maybe infected hair in my vaginal region.. On top by pelvic bone.. My husband poped it yesterday and pus that was white ish in color and smelled terrible started coming out. He had to push very hard for it to come out. When finished the lump was gone. Later that night it came back even bigger this time and he pushed it all out bit couldn t get it all the way out. Today the pus is orange and thick kind of clumpy. And it is about 2 inches by 3 inches under the skin... I can feel the peri miter of the bulge. Now it feels like it is spread to the upper part of leg/hip area along the pelvic bone... What is this? I am diabetic so I am worried ...
