What Causes Recurring Boil On Buttock Crack?

I am a 32 yr old female and I keep gstting one big boil at the top of my buttcrack. It forms a head, bust, and then 2 Weeks later comes right back. It usually smells bad and is a mixture of PUss and blood. It drains for days and ALWAYS comes back! what can I do to prevent this?
