I have been getting colds often for over 6 months . I have started smoking so I know is not helping but I cannot believe ot is the contributing factor . I work a night shift , lack of vitamins , I am not sure . Certainly my immune system is not doin great . What do you think ?
I agree that the symptoms can be related to a lack of immune system. I recommend to take a multivitamin supplement which should contain vitamin C, D, B6 and Zink. I also suggest to eat healthy and exercise regularly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
