What Causes Recurring Dry And Flaky Red Spots On Penis Base?
Hi,I have noticed a small dry flaky red spot on the base of my penis. It only itches sometimes and I put cortisone on it for a couple weeks and it seemed to help make it go away some but once I stopped using the cortisone it came back. Further use of the cortisone results in the same outcome. I do not believe it is std related. Please help!!!

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection.
If not, it can be due to bacterial/fungal infection. Local application of both antibiotics/antifungal with steroid can help you. Share a picture for confirmation.
