Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Crocin drops work for 4-6 hours temporarily.
It gives only symptomatic relief but will not cure fever.
If it is viral fever due to cold it will subside within 3-4 days.
Otherwise you have to consult your doctor to know the cause of fever and to arrive at a correct diagnosis.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
