What Causes Recurring Fever With Stomach Ache And Vomiting?

My 5 year old son has recurring fever and stomach ache (sometimes accompanied with vomiting) every 4-6 weeks for the past year. Some doctors have diagnosed a virus whilst some say it is tonsillitis (despite no complaints about a sore throat) What could this be?

Hey,

I presume you have not done any laboratory tests, any chronic fever needs to be evaluated thoroughly, next episode of fever, I would strongly recommend you to admit the child in the nearby pediatric hospital for a complete evaluation.
