What Causes Recurring Headache?

Yes, I ve been having a weird headache for the past few days. It ranges from the front of my head to the rear. It s not a constant ache it seems to come and go with reason. Meaning no excursion or motion just simply sitting and watching television. Not sure what could be causing it. Any ideas?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your picture is suggestive mostly of primary headache. Primary headache is usually stress headache or migraine. Sometimes, headache may have more severe causes like brain mass or other structural abnormalities in brain. I would like to know a few details in order to answer your query well-
1)Do you have specific trigger factors which worsens your headache?
2)Do you have nausea?
3)Does your headache worsens with exposure to bright lights or sounds?4)Is your headache associated with stress or excessive thought process?

Please follow up with details so that I can answer your query well.
