What Causes Recurring Illness With Cold Hands And Feet, Constipation, Nausea, And Relief From Frequent Showers?

I ve been sick twice in the last month it s been going on for 25 years but normally only happens every 3 or 4 years. It starts with my feet and hands get cold then I normally get a little constipated then I get a sour icky belly and can t keep anything down the only thing that seems to make me feel better is to shower about every 30 minutes
