What Causes Recurring Itchy Rash On The Upper Part Of My Body?

my arms fore arms and shoulders and uppers back have been itchy and broken out for the past year. during the winter seems less but then comes back. its like i have poison ivy. more itchy at night. they get scabby and seem like going to heal but then come back. it seemed better when i wash with a neotrogina antibacterial soap. bseems like I m itchy all over a lot. dry. I try using cram on my arms but it makes it work . like Sarna

The description of the lesions suggests that you might be having polymorphic light eruptions.They have a tendency to aggrevate in summer season and occur on the sights you described. Avoid sun exposure as much as possible. Use a sunscreen regularly before you go out and cover your body while going out.Oral antihistamines like loratadine can be taken for symptomatic relief of itching.
