General Surgeon 's  Response
hi dear thanks for the query on HCM

you need to visit a surgeon for evaluation.fissure ewith sentinel skin tag.
for the painful anus you can do sitz bath(sitting in warm water with salt in it for 15 min two to three times a day.10 minutes before going to loo..).

for the blocked urination you need a urologist opinion. examination , cystoscopy, urethrogram .
your history suggests a stricture urethra.
kindly visit a surgeon.

thank you
