What Causes Recurring Pelvic Pain?

Hello, for the last couple of days I have been having pain in the lower, right side of my pelvic area. It doesn t hurt constantly. The pain comes and goes and I feel it mostly when I m sitting. I also have the same pain in the middle of my pelvic area. The pain is a dull, achy kind of pain.

This pain could be small stone in urinary tract, or appendicitis related. Is it associated with other symptoms like burning or pain in urination or fever or nausea or vomiting or vaginal discharge? Get an ultrasound done and check up done to know he exact cause and treat accordingly.
