What Causes Recurring Petechial Hernia On The Forearms?
I am an American citizen living in Thailand. I have a ongoing display of petechial hernias on my forearms accompanied by a slight red skin rash in the same areas. I have done nothing I am aware of to create the petechials. I have never had blood clotting problems before and don t appear to have them now. What tests should I get done to try to figure out the causes?
