my 8 year old son has a recurring pimple on the bridge of his nose. it started as a row of several small bumps in a line, and one became a pimple-looking lump that reddened and was pus-filled. each time it eventually pops and drains it flattens out heals and returns

Well sometimes pimples get infected during picking with contaminated hands . I would suggest you to not to touch it again . Wash it properly , apply cold compresses and leave it open for sometimes . Do not use ant cream on it without prescription . I would suggest you to clean it with betadine , consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( clindamycin)along with vitamin C supplement for quick healing .
